Update Annual Refresher Training |
This New feature is available beginning with Version 5.0. It is an automation of the Annual Refresher Training Posting. By filling out the Update Template, you are listing your on-going training onto a master form which can be used to update your employees' annual refresher training records with one click of the mouse.
The information which you enter into the Update Template is automatically saved, as "Mts_Current" which can then be transferred to any employee record by clicking on the "Update Record" button on the Annual Refresher Worksheet in the employee's record workbook.

Add New Training to your Existing Update Form
After the Update form has been created, You can easily add new Annual Refresher training to the Update form, ("Mts_Current"), by clicking on the link above. After the new training has been added to the form, it can be added to each employee's record by clicking the "Update Record" button on the workers record. After the "Update Form" has been edited, it can be saved by clicking the save icon, or going to File/Save on the toolbar menu.
When your new "training year" begins, simply click on "Fill out Update Form Now" to begin a new Update Form for the new year.
After updating the employee's training record, you must verify that this employee has received all of the training entered onto the Update Template. If for any reason, the employee has not had a part of this training, that part of the training should be deleted from that employee's worksheet.

(You Should Not Change the Size of the template to include extra Rows, Notice that there is a second page for entries, Simply go to the second page to add more training information.)
